Shipping Policy
> Working legal draft — not legal advice. The current catalog has no physical goods. Review this policy if physical merchandise or new delivery tools are added.
Effective date: November 4, 2026
1. No physical shipping
NARRATIVIX LLC currently sells video-production services, remote reviews, downloadable templates, online education, memberships, and software access. Every catalog record is marked `requires_shipping: false`. We do not currently pack or mail a physical product, and no freight or parcel delivery time is offered.
If the Shopify checkout displays a shipping request or physical-delivery charge for a current item, stop and contact NARRATIVIX before completing the transaction. The store configuration should be corrected rather than treating the charge as part of the offer.
2. Service requests and production start
Submitting a service request does not start fulfillment. NARRATIVIX reviews the brief and, if the project fits, provides written confirmation covering the deliverables, inputs, schedule, final price, payment timing, review rounds, delivery format, and rights. Work starts only after the listed conditions are met, which may include written approval, payment or deposit, delivery of usable source material, and scheduling.
Catalog timing is descriptive only where expressly stated. For example, the Lite plan identifies a target production window of three business days after all usable scripts, assets, direction, and start conditions are confirmed. It is not a promise that begins when a visitor views a page or submits an incomplete request.
3. Client inputs
Service fulfillment may depend on an approved script, footage, brand files, factual claims, pronunciation notes, product access, location access, participant availability, releases, feedback, or an authorized decision-maker. NARRATIVIX is not responsible for time lost while required inputs are missing, unusable, unsafe, unlawful, or materially different from the approved brief.
Please send production media only through the transfer method agreed for the project. Do not email passwords, payment-card information, government identifiers, or unnecessary sensitive data. You are responsible for retaining your own source-file backup unless the written scope assigns a different responsibility.
4. Review and approval
Drafts may be shared through an agreed review link, download, or other electronic method. One revision round means one consolidated set of feedback from the authorized reviewer. Feedback that changes the approved concept, script, runtime, scenes, platforms, language, shoot plan, or deliverable count can affect schedule and price.
Final approval may be requested in writing. Once an approved deliverable is supplied, later changes are new work unless the confirmation states otherwise.
5. Final video and production-file delivery
Final video, audio, subtitle, storyboard, audit, or script files are delivered electronically in the format identified in the written confirmation. Delivery may use a secure download link, review platform, cloud transfer, or email attachment where suitable. Links and third-party platforms may have expiration, file-size, account, or regional limits.
Only the confirmed final outputs are included. Raw camera media, edit timelines, animation source files, working documents, fonts, plugins, licensed stock source files, and alternate exports are excluded unless expressly listed. File delivery does not expand third-party usage rights.
After successful delivery, keep your own archival copies. NARRATIVIX does not promise permanent storage or recovery unless a written project term states a retention period or archival service.
6. Template-pack delivery
Template packs are supplied by download or an access link after successful checkout or manual confirmation. The product page should list the included file types, compatible software or version, instructions, and license. Internet access and compatible software are the purchaser’s responsibility. If the link or purchased file is wrong or unavailable, use the contact process below.
7. Course, membership, and SaaS access
Course products are fulfilled through online access instructions for the period stated on the product page. Membership and Brief + Estimate Builder access are available during the active paid term, subject to the applicable license and acceptable use restrictions. Account access is personal or limited to the licensed organization; it must not be shared unless the selected plan expressly permits it.
Digital services may require maintenance, updates, or changes. No uninterrupted uptime, permanent feature set, permanent storage, or unlisted integration is guaranteed. If a material access problem occurs, NARRATIVIX will assess reasonable restoration or the remedy described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Portfolio reviews
A portfolio review is delivered remotely at a mutually confirmed time. Checkout, if enabled, does not itself confirm the appointment. The purchaser must provide an authorized portfolio selection through the agreed method with enough time for the confirmed review format. The review is considered fulfilled when the scheduled session and any expressly included recap are delivered.
9. Geographic and third-party limits
Digital delivery may be affected by sanctions, export rules, local law, platform availability, payment-provider coverage, or third-party licensing. Original filming depends on a separately confirmed location, travel plan, access, safety conditions, crew, and rights. The public Missouri address does not imply that filming is available in every location.
10. Delivery problems
If expected access or files are missing, use the website contact form and include your name, order or project reference, product, and a description of the problem. Check the contact details supplied at checkout and any spam or filtered folders. Do not send complete payment-card data.
