Terms of Service
> Working legal draft — not legal advice. Review this document with the final store, contracts, licensing model, and payment settings before publication.
Effective date: November 4, 2026
In these terms
1. Store use and eligibility 2. Catalog and starting prices 3. Request-then-pay services 4. Digital products and subscriptions 5. Client materials and approvals 6. Revisions, delivery, and rights 7. Prohibited use, disclaimers, and liability 8. Disputes and contact
1. Agreement and store use
These Terms govern your use of the NARRATIVIX LLC (“NARRATIVIX,” “we,” “us”) storefront and your requests, purchases, or access involving our video-production services, digital products, subscriptions, software access, education, and portfolio reviews. By using the store or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from the store. A separate written confirmation, statement of work, order confirmation, or license may add project-specific terms. If it directly conflicts with these general Terms, the more specific written term controls for that transaction.
You must be legally able to enter the transaction and provide accurate contact, billing, and project information. The storefront does not offer customer registration by default. You may not interfere with the store, test it for vulnerabilities without authorization, scrape protected content, misuse checkout, impersonate another person, or use our products for unlawful activity.
2. Catalog, scope, and starting prices
Prices are in U.S. dollars unless shown otherwise. Service prices are starting points tied to the scope on the product page. Current service anchors include Lite from $390/month, Standard from $1,500/month, Pro from $5,000/month; scripts from $150; storyboards from $300; shoot days from $800; client-footage edits from $200/video; voice or sound work from $100; explainer animation from $1,500; long-video shorts from $50 each; and content audits from $500.
Final service pricing may reflect runtime, concept and script condition, footage volume, revision load, number of outputs, platform adaptations, animation complexity, travel, crew, talent, location, equipment, third-party rights, schedule, and other confirmed dependencies. We may correct obvious catalog, availability, or pricing errors before accepting a transaction.
3. Service requests are not purchases
Services use request-then-pay. Adding a service to a cart, submitting a brief, or receiving an automated message does not accept the project, reserve a date, create a production obligation, or authorize payment. We first review the request. If we wish to proceed, we provide written confirmation describing the deliverables, assumptions, schedule, final price, payment timing, review rounds, client dependencies, delivery format, and relevant usage rights.
Work begins only after the stated acceptance conditions are met, which may include written approval, deposit or payment, receipt of usable materials, and scheduling confirmation. If no written confirmation is issued, neither party is obligated to proceed.
4. Digital products, course access, memberships, SaaS, and reviews
Template packs, course access, stock-footage/music memberships, and brief-builder access may use normal Shopify checkout when enabled. Digital items are licensed, not sold as a transfer of copyright. The product page or license states the files, compatibility, access period, download allowance, permitted use, and restrictions. Unless expressly allowed, you may not copy for redistribution, resell, sublicense, post publicly, share an account, remove rights information, or use an asset outside its license.
Membership and SaaS access are available only during the paid term and may change as products are maintained. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, backward compatibility, or any unlisted integration. The Brief + Estimate Builder produces planning information, not a binding NARRATIVIX quote, contract, legal opinion, or promise that a project will be accepted.
Portfolio reviews require scheduling confirmation. Feedback is professional opinion, not certification, representation, job placement, or a guarantee of client or employer response.
5. Your materials, permissions, and responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of claims, names, prices, links, instructions, and other information you supply. You represent that you have authority to provide and authorize use of scripts, footage, photographs, music, marks, products, people, locations, data, and other materials. You must obtain releases, consents, and clearances assigned to you in the written scope.
Provide materials in usable formats, one authorized decision-maker, and consolidated feedback within the agreed review process. Delayed, incomplete, unsafe, unlawful, or materially changed inputs may affect timing and price. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information, credentials, or confidential third-party files without advance agreement.
6. Revisions, delivery, and intellectual property
A revision round means one consolidated set of feedback within the approved direction. New concepts, scripts, scenes, shoots, versions, channels, or directions may require additional scope. No creative result is deemed to guarantee audience, platform, sales, or campaign performance.
Delivery is electronic. Raw footage, editable project files, working documents, fonts, plugins, stock source files, and alternate versions are excluded unless expressly listed. Pre-existing tools, methods, templates, know-how, and third-party materials remain owned by their respective owners. Rights in custom final deliverables are granted or transferred only as stated in the written confirmation and, where applicable, after all required payment clears. Third-party licenses remain subject to their own limits.
7. Suspension, cancellation, and prohibited content
We may decline, pause, or cancel work or access where reasonably necessary because of nonpayment, unsafe conditions, unlawful or infringing material, harassment, fraud, sanctions or legal restrictions, platform misuse, missing approvals, or a material breach. Fees and treatment of completed work follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy and any specific written confirmation.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website and general catalog information are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the storefront will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that creative work will produce views, leads, revenue, rankings, platform approval, employment, investment, or any other outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NARRATIVIX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss, lost profits, lost opportunity, loss of data, or third-party platform action arising from the store or an offering. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid NARRATIVIX for the specific offering giving rise to the claim. These limits do not exclude liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri and applicable United States law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a claim, the parties should send written notice describing the issue and allow a reasonable opportunity for direct discussion. Any forum and procedure required by a separate signed agreement will control for that project. Nothing here removes a non-waivable consumer right.
If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. A failure to enforce one provision is not a waiver. We may update these Terms for future use; the effective date identifies the current version.
